           NCC is the world's largest uniformed youth organization. It's motto is 'Unity and Discipline'.The NCC in India was formed the National Cadet Corps Act of 1948. It was raised on 15 be traced back to the ‘Corps’, which was created under the Indian Defense Act 1917, with the objective to make up the shortage of the Army.

The National Cadet Corps is Youth Wing of Armed Forces with its Headquarters at New DelhiDelhiIndia. It is open to school and college students on voluntary basis. National Cadet Corps is a Tri-Services Organization, comprising the ArmyNavy and Air Wing, engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. 

        Although NCC unit is not established in the college, but the opportunity is given to students through  leading college MVPG College, Mahasamund in session 2018-19. Four students joined NCC at  MVPG College, Mahasamund which belong to 27 CG Battalion Raipur.
